FED:Abbott finds $2bil for flood levy
Federal Opposition Leader TONY ABBOTT says he's found more than two billion dollars
in government waste that could replace the money raised by the flood levy.
Mr ABBOTT and opposition treasury spokesman JOE HOCKEY say the savings would be found
over four years and would pay for the floods recovery.
Among the cuts and deferred spending listed today is 600 million dollars in Murray-Darling
water buybacks .. …
