ALBANY -- A 21-year-old city man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly led police on a brief chase and nearly hit an officer with the stolen car he was driving, police said.
Police tried to stop Kenya Hodge of 7 Lark St. for a motor vehicle infraction, reports show. Hodge allegedly refused to pull over, police said.
