NSW: Parole conditions for Horan are reasonable: Psychiatrist

SYDNEY, Jan 21 AAP - The parole conditions for convicted police killer and paranoid
schizophrenic Patrick Horan were reasonable and the community was unlikely to be at risk,
a forensic psychiatrist said today.
Horan walked free today from Sydney's Long Bay jail after serving 18 years for the
manslaughter of police constable Paul Quinn at Bathurst in NSW's central-west in 1986.
He had pleaded guilty to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility due
